The workshop focused on exploring a seamless travel journey through the lens of diverse user experiences. Product design students were divided into six groups, each assigned a specific persona: a wheelchair user, a person with blindness, a person with deafness, an individual with a neurodiverse disability, an older adult (85 years), and a mother with a pram. Guided by a suggested travel route—starting from living at home, getting out, using pavements, crossing roads, reaching a public transport station, boarding a transport vessel, and finally arriving and participating at the destination—each group discusses the challenges, needs, and inclusive solutions for their assigned persona. The session begins with an introduction, followed by group discussions and feedback, concluding with a summary. This workshop explores inclusive mobility aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
