GD Goenka University’s National Service Scheme Unit proudly inaugurated Samarpan, a celebration of NSS Day filled with energy, excitement, and a deep sense of service.
We were honoured to have Padma Shri awardee Dr. Jitender Singh Shunty as our esteemed Chief Guest. Founder of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Seva Dal, Dr. Shunty has dedicated his life to serving humanity, from cremating unclaimed bodies to setting an inspiring world record for donating blood 100 times. His selfless contributions during the COVID crisis were nationally recognised, and it was truly a privilege to hear from a man whose life epitomises service and sacrifice.
His presence made this day all the more memorable, inspiring us to commit ourselves to the spirit of service
