Pre-Interview Screening & Final Selections
Recruiters may conduct a pre-interview screening process. Students who pass are eligible for further interviews according to the company’s selection norms. Companies review student profiles, share application details, and shortlist candidates based on various factors, such as job location and areas of interest.
The selection process typically includes CV shortlisting, group discussions, tests, and interviews. Results are announced after the final round of tests and interviews.

Pre-Placement Presentation/Talks
As part of the curriculum, all UG and PG students must complete a Summer Internship with an organisation for 8-12 weeks. The selection process begins after the first term for first-year students. Internships generally take place from April to June. GD Goenka University also encourages mentorship programmes, where students gain valuable career guidance from industry professionals.
Many companies offer full-time positions to interns once they complete their academic curriculum, as they are already familiar with the students' potential. Alumni are actively involved in mentoring programmes and SIPs.
