Ms. Anjali Khantal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at GD Goenka University (SoHAS) since 2025. With 5 years of experience, she has previously served at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy, Indore, and as Guest Faculty at Government Ashtang Ayurveda College, Indore.
Specializes in Vedic drug formulations, with a strong research focus on Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical perspectives of herbal medicines. Ms. Khantal combines academic instruction with student mentorship, research guidance, and quality assurance responsibilities.
Research Interests-My research focuses on the extraction and isolation of active phytoconstituents from medicinal plants and evaluating their pharmacological effects. I am particularly interested in developing herbal formulations and studying their in vitro and in vivo activities using modern analytical techniques.
