Dr. Ashi Saif is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at G.D. Goenka University.
Her research focus is on fatigue kinetics and recovery in endurance athletes showcasing her commitment to advancing sports science. She has participated in numerous workshops and certifications, including Pilates training, ACLS, and advanced manual therapy techniques, and has published her work at national and international conferences and journals. She is a reviewer of various reputed journals affiliated to Taylor and Francis, Springer and BMC etc.
