Dr. Ankita Sharma holds the position of Associate Professor at the School of Law, GD Goenka University, Haryana. She is the Program Chair for B.A. LL. B (Hons.) and B.Com. LL. B (Hons.) and also heads the Centre for Corporate Law, Policy Research and Governance at GD Goenka University. Before joining GD Goenka University, she served as an Associate Professor at SGT University and as an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity University. She serves on the Editorial boards of several esteemed legal journals and is a certified Arbitrator and a POSH Trainer.

An alumna of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (2007-2012), Dr. Sharma holds a Doctorate in Corporate-Environmental Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law, with a research focus on Corporate and Commercial Laws, Environmental Laws and a keen interest in International Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

With over 13 years of diverse experience spanning majorly academia, research, and industry, she has delivered lectures on Corporate Laws, Environmental Laws, Public International Law, International Trade Law and ADR mechanisms. She has actively contributed to legal scholarship by presenting research papers at numerous National and International Conferences and Seminars. Her academic contributions include books, research papers, and book chapters published in esteemed National and International journals including Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC Indexed Journals. She has also played a pivotal role in organizing and adjudicating various National and International Conferences, Moot Courts, Client Counseling, and Arbitration Moot Competitions over the years.
