Dr. Ankita Singh is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Production and Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, with research focused on the supply chain of the Indian renewable energy sector in the context of net-zero transition and sustainability. She holds an M.Tech in Production and Industrial Engineering from Delhi Technological University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Graphic Era University, Dehradun.
Her research interests span Supply Chain Management, Renewable Energy, Net-Zero Transition, Sustainability, and Reverse Logistics. She has published and presented papers in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and international conferences, with contributions exploring sustainable supply chain practices, biomass-based energy solutions, and bibliometric analyses of energy systems.
Dr. Singh has also gained industrial exposure through training at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Haridwar, and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Kotdwar, where she learned about turbine casting processes and electronic chip manufacturing and distribution, respectively.
She has qualified the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and has been actively involved in academic projects such as bio-energy supply chain analysis using life cycle assessment, outsourcing performance in reverse logistics, and sustainable industrial practices.
With a strong passion for learning and innovation, Dr. Singh combines her technical expertise with effective problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills. She is committed to contributing to sustainable development through research, teaching, and collaborative projects.
