Dr. Dinkar Verma holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from IIT Kanpur, where he also earned his MTech in Nuclear Engineering. With over 7 years of teaching and research experience and 5 years in academic administration, he is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering and Sciences at GD Goenka University. His research expertise includes theoretical physics, nonlinear dynamics, radiation physics, and nuclear engineering. He has authored over 12 peer-reviewed journal articles, 9 book chapters, and co-edited a national book. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Physics Letters B, New Astronomy, and Nuclear Engineering and Design. Dr. Verma has guided PhD, undergraduate and postgraduate students in physics & engineering and has contributed significantly to curriculum development, notably designing courses on Engineering Physics, Quantum Mechanics for Engineers, Nuclear Energy, and Artificial Intelligence in Experimental Physics. He actively contributes to institutional development through roles in NAAC accreditation, IQAC, and steering committee (NIRF). He is also a life member of the Indian Nuclear Society and has been invited as a speaker at national and international conferences.
