Dr. Kamlesh Pant is an academician and researcher specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He completed his Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Institute of Technology Raipur, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence. He has qualified the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), and served as an Assistant professor with 2.5 years of experience.
Dr. Pant research focuses on Industry 4.0, digital transformation, sustainable supply chains, data analytics, and and technology-enabled supply chain management. His scholarly work includes publications in reputed international journals indexed in Scopus, SCIE/SSCI, and ABDC, along with conference publications.
He regularly participates in specialized workshops and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) focusing on digital supply chain, smart automation, and advanced decision-making frameworks. With a strong passion for learning and innovation, Dr. Pant combines his technical expertise in supply chain management and Industry 4.0 with effective problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills. He is committed to contributing to sustainable industrial practices and organisational growth through impactful research, dedicated teaching, and collaborative projects.
