Qualification
Ph.D. (Agricultural Statistics)
He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at GD Goenka University, Gurugram. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Statistics from ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi.
He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, and an M.Sc. in Agricultural Statistics from ICAR–IARI, New Delhi. He has distinguished himself by securing All India Rank 6 in the ICAR-AIEEA PG entrance exam (2019) and All India Rank 5 in the ICAR JRF/SRF examination (2021). He is also a qualified ICAR-NET holder in 2021 and 2023. With a strong inclination toward statistical computing and experimental design, he has authored or co-authored more than 20 research papers, 9 popular articles, two books, and developed two R packages along with a web applications focused on the design and analysis of Semi-Latin Rectangles and related statistical methods. Dr. Yadav’s academic journey reflects a blend of excellence in research, teaching, and software development, with a vision to contribute meaningfully to agricultural research and data-driven innovation.

Research Interest:
My research interests lie at the intersection of statistical methodology and its practical application in agriculture. I am particularly focused on the development of efficient experimental designs, resampling-based variance estimation techniques, and the application of advanced statistical tools in agricultural research. I am also interested in integrating statistical computing with real-world challenges by developing user-friendly R packages and web-based applications. My recent work includes the construction of semi-Latin rectangle-based experimental designs and the development of novel algorithms for balanced and partially balanced layouts. Moving forward, I aim to bridge the gap between statistical theory and practice through interdisciplinary collaborations, data-driven innovations, and technology-based solutions for enhancing decision-making in agricultural research and extension.
