Dr. Monica Rose is Adjunct Professor  in the field of Operations and Information Technology at GD Goenka University, Gurgaon. She holds a Ph.D. from JC Bose University and is certified in Decision and Data Science Analytics from IIT Delhi. A graduate in MBA, MCA, MSc, she holds  NET certification, Dr. Rose area of expertise is in operations management, business analytics, quantitative methods, and research methodologies.

Dr. Rose has taught programs affiliated with international universities such as IIMT Oxford Brookes University, UK; OU Open University, UK; and Sunway University, Malaysia. Prior to  GD Goenka University, she held significant positions at BML Munjal University, Bennett University, Amity University Noida, FIIB and IILM Institute of Business and Management, Gurgaon. She has actively contributed to institutional development and quality assurance as an MBA Programme Coordinator, Mentoring Coordinator, NBA Accreditation Core Team Member, and Assistant Chair for Quality Assurance, among other key roles. She has worked with leading global organisations such as AMES Education Australia, Kmart Australia to name a few.

Dr. Rose has conducted numerous workshops, faculty development programs, and management development programs in area of Analytics. She has developed and delivered the Advanced Spreadsheet Modelling MDP with LIC India Corp, Gurgaon, and continued on university-sponsored project.

Dr. Rose has published papers in national and international journals ,  presented her work at IIMs and IITs and  the recipient of Best Paper Award. Her recent research focuses on innovative topics such as smart assistants in retail shopping within the metaverse and the circular economy in hospitality. 

Her current research interests encompass the circular economy and its impact on the hospitality sector, supply chain analytics in food cold storage, and the transformative role of technology in business education.
