Dr. Nusrat Khan, Professor at the School of Management, GD Goenka University, is an expert in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Beginning her academic career in 1999 and her corporate journey in 2000 as an HR Executive, she has worked with national and international NGOs and corporates. She has collaborated on research with a Distinguished Professor from Western Kentucky University, USA. Dr. Khan has taught at reputed institutions such as Noida International University and Galgotias University, handling key administrative roles. At GD Goenka University, she has served as Head of Postgraduate Programs, MBA Admissions Head, HR Area Head, and has contributed to IQAC, Ph.D. Research Committees, and editorial roles, while mentoring students and advising through Mendeley (Elsevier UK).
