Dr. Preeti Malhotra

Dr. Preeti has 17 years of experience in academics and industry. She is presently an Assistant Professor at GD Goenka University, Gurugram, in the area of Human Resource Management/Organizational Behaviour. She has PhD in the area of the Generational Effect on Work Psychology of employees. She has published research papers in journals of repute on retention strategies, training needs, learning preferences, and reverse mentoring across generations, work-related dynamics of gig platform workers in India, and the women workforce in the manufacturing Industry.

She is an editorial Board Member for the Journal of Human Resource Management in Science Publishing Group

Dr. Preeti mentors students for placement preparation and for choosing the correct specialization according to their competencies. She has been teaching various subjects related to the field of HR and OB for more than a decade at management institutes affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Guru Jamabeshwar University, Hisar, Jaipuria Institute of Management. Her expertise includes Compensation management, Performance Management System, Organization Behaviour, Emotional Intelligence, Organization Change, and HR Analytics.

She is a faculty instructor for the course Compensation and Reward Management at Swayam -Ministry of HRD, Government of India- MOOC platform
