Preeti Malhotra is an expert in the area of Human Resource Management, She has taught various subjects related to the field for nearly fourteen years at management institutes affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Gurur Jamabeshwar University, Hisar.

Presently, she is associated with GD Goenka University as Assistant Professor and teaching subjects in the area of human resource management.

Preeti Malhotra has done Ph.D. on the research area- Generational Effect on the Work Psychology of employees in Automobile Industry. She has hold degrees of MBA (Human Resource Management and Marketing) from Maharishi Dayanand Unversity and BBA from Guru Jambeshwar University , Hisar.
