Dr. Raj Kumar Kaushik is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Sciences with over 14 years of combined experience in Teaching, Research and Industry. He possesses a strong academic and professional background in Materials Science and Engineering, with specialized expertise in materials development and advanced characterization techniques. His research encompasses the evaluation of chemical composition, structural analysis, thermal and electrochemical behaviour, as well as mechanical and physicochemical properties of advanced materials and alloys.

In addition to his core research, Dr. Kaushik is well-versed in optimization methodologies and is currently focused on integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into various fields. His interdisciplinary approach aims to develop innovative, data-driven solutions to complex engineering challenges, while also fostering innovation and critical thinking among students.
