Dr. Shilpa is a distinguished expert in material science, with a specialization in nanotechnology and extensive experience in experimental research. She has been teaching Physics for nearly 6 years at both government and aided colleges. Dr. Shilpa’s academic contributions include 12 SCI/Scopus-indexed journal publications, several book chapters, one authored book, 2 patents, and 2 conference proceedings. She has presented her work at various National and International conferences, earning two “Best Paper” awards for her exceptional research contributions. Dr. Shilpa serves as a reviewer for the prestigious Elsevier journal JMMM (Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials). She has played significant roles in institutional committees such as NAAC, the Library Advisory Committee, Industrial Visits, Research Development, Energy Conservation Club, Moral Education, and the implementation of NEP. Before her current role, Dr. Shilpa worked as Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna, Gurugram, and Haryana, India. Her dedication to teaching and research highlights her commitment to advancing the field of material science and inspiring future scientists.
