Dr. Swati Singh is a dynamic academic leader, internationally published author, and an accomplished educator with a strong record of fostering innovation, student development, and institution-building. Her book, The Secret History of the Jungle Book, published by The Real Press, London, marks her global presence as a researcher and thought leader.

Currently serving as Assistant Professor at the Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, School of Management, GD Goenka University, Dr. Singh brings interdisciplinary expertise to her work, seamlessly integrating language, communication, management, and innovation. With extensive experience mentoring diverse learner groups—including international students and professionals—she has designed and delivered high-impact learning experiences across Engineering, Law, and Management. Her ability to bridge language with technical and legal domains makes her a valued academic collaborator. A UGC NET-JRF Fellow, she specializes in feminist studies, postcolonial literature, folklore, sustainability, posthumanism, and ecofeminism. Beyond academics, she has demonstrated strong leadership as Program Officer, NSS, and Advisor to the University Rotaract Club, driving community engagement initiatives in partnership with local NGOs.

Dr. Singh contributes significantly to institutional communication and branding as part of the editorial teams for Unibuzz and The Gazette, and through her work with the University Marketing Team on promotional campaigns. At the Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, she actively champions student start-ups, industry collaborations, and experiential learning. She leads the University’s Inter-Disciplinary Project, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and steering events on entrepreneurship, sustainability, and communication with efficiency and impact.
