Dr. Swati Sisodia is an expert in the area human resource management with a focus on training and development, leadership, organizational change, and reverse mentoring.
She conducts courses such as Organizational Change, Understanding Organizational Behaviour, Professional Ethics and CSR, Human Resource Management and Human Resource Planning and Development. Prior to taking up the current role in 2020, Swati Sisodia served at GD Goenka University as visiting faculty of Human Resource Management. She has also worked as an HR executive at Accenture and Office Coordinator at KISS Delhi (A joint venture between Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha).
