Dr. Ashu is an Assistant Professor of HRM & OB with a comprehensive academic background and a strong commitment to education and research. He earned his Ph.D. in HRM from the GD Goenka University, Haryana, where his research focused on social media and its role in employee engagement.

Prior to his doctorate, Dr. Ashu completed both his BBA and MBA in HRM from GGSIP University. With over seven years of teaching experience, he has developed and taught a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including organisational behaviour, human resource management, entrepreneurial behaviour and learning, understanding organisational change, principles of management.

He is also an active member of several reputed professional organizations, including the National HRD Network (NHRDN) and the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD). His dedication to fostering student engagement and his passion for advancing human resource-psychological science make a valued member of the academic community. He completed various MOOC Certificate courses from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore on NPTEL, SWAYAM platforms. 

His area of interest includes the effectiveness of leadership, employee engagement, talent acquisition & management, cross-culture management, organizational behaviour, performance management, IR and labour laws, HR analytics, Qualitative research methods.
