Pooja Trehan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Law at G D Goenka University, having five years of teaching experience in prestigious institutes such as Nirma University, Manav Rachna University, Delhi University, Christ Academy, and NMIMS, Bangalore. She is pursuing her PhD in the field of Gender and Law from the Department of Laws, Panjab University.

During her tenure, she taught subjects like Criminal laws, Gender laws, and Constitutional law. She served as a Legal Expert for Manav Rachna Dental College. She was an Associate Head for Centre for Child Rights. She was a member and faculty coordinator of the Lawyer Incubation Clinic. She has published research papers on topics like challenges faced at the workplace by LGBTQ+ community, Surrogacy, Prisoners' Rights, ADR and Environmental Law, FGM Practice etc. in reputed journals.
