Dr. Seema Verma is working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at GD Goenka University, Gurugram. She has over 24 years of academic, research, and administrative experience.
She completed her B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University and M.Tech (Hons.) in Computer Science & Engineering from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, where she was the University Topper. She earned her Ph.D. from Thapar University, Patiala, and is also UGC-NET qualified.
Dr. Verma has published numerous research papers in reputed SCI, Web of Science, and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences, and holds six patents. She has organized several funded FDPs and has served as Organizer, Conference Chair, Session Chair, Keynote Speaker, Resource Person, and Board of Studies member at various academic platforms.
She is an active member of IEEE and a life member of ISTE. Her research interests include AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
