Mr. Kesar specialises in Food & Beverage management and intricacies of food operations. After passing out from IHM Gurdaspur in 2006, he worked at Radha Krishna Hospitality Services and then in McDonald's India.

Mr. Kesar completed his Masters in tourism Management from Madhurai Kamaraj University in 2011.

Manik has vast teaching and academic experience in Lovely Professional University and as head of the department at NFCI. Mr. Kesar is keen on digital and artificial intelligence and believes in collaborative work ethics.
