Prof Rajiv A. Cowasjee

Rajiv Cowasjee is an alumnus of the Oberoi School of Management and the University of British Columbia, Canada. He has extensive work experience across luxury hotels and restaurants in India, the Middle East, Ireland and Canada.
Mr. Cowasjee has led the Academic teams in several European hospitality educational institutions in India. His area of interest and research is examining the role of food impacts hegemonic practices both in past and current practice. In his role as Director – Technical and Practical Arts, he leads the overall experiential, academic and technical skill development activities at Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality & Tourism (G D Goenka University Gurgaon).
