Perusing PhD Research scholar in Psychological Well-being of Working Professionals, Ms. Bedi is a guest faculty at GD Goenka University (SOLA) and has trained professionals, educators, and students in therapeutic interventions. She specializes in psychotherapy (individual, family, and group), corporate mental health programs, and psychological awareness initiatives. She has served on Internal Complaint Committees (POSH) and led corporate stress audits.

As the founder of Sukoon Psychotherapy Center, she drives mental health advocacy through awareness campaigns and training programs. Her research includes workplace well-being, financial disruptions, psychosocial experiences, female and young people psyche and attachment theories, with publications in Frontiers in Psychology and contributions to books on mental health.
