Dr Aruna Maheshwari is an expert in counselling psychology. Before taking up the current role, she served as a Counselling Psychologist at Amity Centre for Guidance & Counselling, Amity University, Noida.

She is an RCI registered Special Educator and took a certificate in “Drug de- addiction Counselling skills and Rehabilitation” from the National Institute of Social Defence. Her interest areas are to conduct research and training programs on Stress management, Self- Motivation and positive thinking, and take individual and group counselling sessions to remove irrational/ faulty or negative thinking and motivate an individual to lead a happy and effective life.
