Dr. Manpreet Ola is an Associate Professor of Psychology at G.D. Goenka University with over nine years of combined academic and industry experience.

She holds a Ph.D. in Positive Psychology from The IIS University, Jaipur, and is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Dr. Ola is a published author and has contributed several research papers to reputed national and international journals. Her work focuses on psychological wellbeing, resilience- building, and adolescent mental health, including interventions for victims of bullying. Drawing on her rich clinical experience in hospital settings and years of teaching, she bridges the gap between theory and practice, making mental health concepts accessible and actionable. Passionate about community engagement, Dr. Ola frequently conducts workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs for students, teachers, and mental health professionals, with the goal of fostering emotional wellbeing, resilience, and a culture of psychological safety in schools and workplaces
