The Bachelor of Science in Cardiovascular Technology (B.Sc. CVT) at GD Goenka University is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme designed to prepare students for a dynamic and rapidly evolving cardiac care environment, followed by extensive clinical training and internship exposure.

The programme is structured to build a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical technology, while also providing advanced training in cardiovascular diagnostics such as ECG, echocardiography, treadmill testing, ambulatory ECG monitoring, and cardiac catheterization lab procedures.

Admission Requirement

  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by a recognized State or Central Board, or an examination recognized as equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The candidate must have
  • studied English as one of the subjects along with Physics and Chemistry, and Biology (P.C.B.) as a mandatory subject combination.
  • Candidates with any other qualification approved by GD Goenka University as equivalent to the above are also eligible to apply.
  • In addition, applicants are required to successfully qualify the Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) followed by a personal interview as part of the selection process.

Lateral Entry Admission
