Welcome to the Department of Computer Science.
The Department is dedicated to foster innovation, critical thinking, and technological excellence in the rapidly evolving field of computing. Our programs are designed to develop competent professionals who possess strong theoretical foundations along with the practical skills required to address real-world challenges in modern digital ecosystems.
We offer Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) with specializations in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cyber Security, and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with specializations in Blockchain, Cyber Security, Data Science, and Generative AI. Our curriculum is industry-aligned and regularly updated through the Board of Studies (BoS) to ensure relevance with emerging technologies and industry requirements. In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), students may complete a three-year BCA degree or continue into a fourth year leading to BCA (Honours with Research), encouraging deeper academic inquiry and research orientation.
Situated in Gurugram, a major technology and corporate hub, the department benefits from strong industry engagement that enables students to gain valuable internship opportunities, live project exposure, and practical on-ground learning. Our programs emphasize project-based learning with focused skill development in Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Data Science, ensuring that students graduate with both conceptual clarity and applied expertise.
